Health Record Relay exists to improve the part of medical record exchange that is still too often managed through fax confirmations, phone calls, disconnected inboxes, and staff memory.

The goal is not to replace every clinical system. It is to make the handoff between organizations more reliable and less dependent on manual follow-up.
Why this problem?
Health Record Relay was created from firsthand experience with how fragile and inefficient record handoffs can become once information has to move outside a single organization.
That experience shaped a product focused on the operational gap itself: send, receive, acknowledge, and document.
